Due to unprecedented demand for our services, we are backlogged several months. We are strictly by appointment or service by mail and do not keep regular hours. As such, we are not always available via phone and ask that you use our convenient contact form, which allows us to respond after hours. Please do not send in a watch until speaking with Heidi, my administrative assistant. We like to provide an approximate estimate first. Also, it’s really helpful to have photos for that approximate estimate so please attach a few pictures. Thank you for your understanding.
