This is a fairly long form but it is very difficult to give an accurate estimate without seeing the watch, so the more information we get from you the more accurate and complete your estimate will be. We require that you provide your phone number and a good time to contact you. This enables us to contact you if we have any questions.
We will not share any of your information with anyone, for any reason, whatsoever! The information received from this form is used only to calculate a repair estimate. We will call or email you to give you your estimate or obtain further information regarding your inquiry, but we will not contact you for any advertising purposes.

Services
While the form has options for individual services, we no longer perform single services. For example, if you lost your crown we would replace that with a service only and not just replace the crown. The reason for this is that we were replacing single parts more often and never got to the full service jobs. It was unacceptable to have full service jobs sit for several months. It was also unacceptable to let a watch sit for months that only needed a crown. It was a difficult decision to make, but it was the better decision for the volume of work that comes through the shop.
