Terms and Conditions

• We only ship within the United States.
• We only accept US dollars for sale of parts.
• Email us (cwciwatch @ gmail.com, without the spaces, of course) with the list of items that you want along with your name and mailing address. These parts pages are not updated in real time (because it is not an automated web cart), but we will do our best to keep it updated. We will respond to your email and let you know whether or not we still have the part. If so, we will email you an invoice. Upon receipt of said invoice, simply pay it and we’ll ship your items.
• Shipping is $5.35 for one or a few items. If many items, we’ll calculate and get back to you with a price. We normally ship within 48 hours from confirmed payment unless it falls on a holiday or weekend. We pack everything we ship carefully to protect from damage. If an item is damaged or lost in transit the part is either replaced or a refund is issued minus the shipping charges. We make every effort to pack things securely, but sometimes things happen in transit that are beyond our control. We do our best to address any problem that may arise, within reason.
• Refund policy: All refunds are minus shipping fees unless the reason for return is due to shipment of a wrong or defective part by us. There are no refunds because you changed your mind. Be sure you need/want the part. No returns are accepted for any reason for parts sold in sealed factory brand containers. Once opened, the parts are not returnable. Refunds will be issued by check. No refunds are offered after 30 days, no matter the issue.
